Install & Run Kali Linux in Windows

Linux is an Open Source Operating System while Windows is not Open Source. Both have their own importance.

Sometime we need both of these. For this purpose we have to install both side by side or one with in other. I have created this tutorial for you to install and use Kali Linux with in Windows.

Requirements :

  • Kali Linux Setup
  • Virtual Box

Step 1 :

Create Virtual Hard Disk in Virtual Box by pressing New button.
A dialog box will appear.
Enter the data as required in the dialog box.
A Virtual drive will be created showing in the left panel of Virtual Box.

Step 2 :

Insert Kali Linux setup.

Step 3 :

Select Setup drive in Virtual box settings.

Step 4 :

Press Start.
Installation will be started.
Proceed as required.

Step 4 :

Kali Linux will be installed.
